“How do I start to get clients back through the door?”

There are a number of volatile things happening at the moment. With the media having a field day by keeping you glued to the screen and wondering what bad things might happen next.

It's a roller coaster of information, where businesses are opening, or being kept closed, house prices are being questioned and predictions are being made on the direction they will go. The stock market is rallying even though the economy is not out of the woods, depending on who you listen too!.

As a business owner, the only question you need to ask yourself is.

“How do I start to get clients back through the door?”

Don’t let the noise distract you from getting your business back up and running. Yes there are things out there you cannot control, you need to let that go and focus on the things you can control.

Blog, email, phone, advertise, smoke signal! Do whatever you need to to inform, update and engage your customers immediately.

Think about when you first started your business and you were building to the level you have reached now. What worked, what didn't work, how did you get that traction you needed to grow.

Was it a particular advertisement you did that got your leads coming in? Did you run google ads to increase your exposure or was it word of mouth based on great customer experience?

Whatever it was, look to emulate it again as a starting point. Although the landscape may have changed, its still a starting point and its better than sitting and waiting for people come through the door.

It’s great that we are opening back up and I encourage everyone to keep pushing to get back to pre-covid numbers as fast as possible, and look forward to a whole lot of success moving forward.
